Leona was ranked #100 on the LPGA Priority List for the 2020 season and made her LPGA Tour debut at the Gainbridge LPGA at Boca Rio in Boca Raton, Florida. On the 9th of February, 2020, Maguire achieved her first top five finish as an LPGA professional with a fourth place in the ISPS Handa Vic Open in Victoria, finishing just one shot off the lead.
